Natural yogurt for hair
I learned to use natural yoghurt, as a beauty
ally, from a specialist in aesthetics based on natural products.
In this article we will see hair masks:
nourishing and repairing masks.
For those who have "too baggy" hair, the
result, after insistence, will be silky and healthy
hair. These masks can be applied once a week.
The yogurt used for these recipes will be
at room temperature.
Rice water mask:
When you boil
rice (for a salad, or croquettes, etc.), reserve the filtered water for use in
beauty recipes, only this water must not be salty.
· Ingredients: for medium length hair
ü 2 tablespoons of
rice water (preferably white);
ü 2 tablespoons of
plain yogurt;
ü Sesame oil or
coconut oil (1 teaspoon)
· Preparation :
ü Mix these
ingredients;
ü Apply to clean,
combed hair;
ü Cover with cling
film and leave to act for 30 minutes;
ü Wash your hair.
Egg yolk mask:
· Ingredients: for medium length hair
ü 1 egg yolk
(fresh and at room temperature);
ü 2 tablespoons –
full – of plain yogurt;
ü Vegetable oil (1
teaspoon)
· Preparation :
ü Mix these
ingredients;
ü Apply – as for
each mask – on clean, combed hair;
ü Cover with cling
film and leave to act for 30 minutes;
Wash your hair.
Honey mask:
Which helps to maintain good hydration of the scalp, and therefore the hair
regains – naturally – its suppleness.
· Ingredients: for medium length hair
ü 1 tablespoon of
honey (pure);
ü 2 tablespoons of
plain yogurt;
ü Vegetable oil (1
teaspoon): especially for dry hair
· Application :
The steps are similar to that of the previous
masks.
Yogurt
masks should not be left applied - on the hair - for more than 35 minutes.
