self-care with natural products

I learned these tips from several beauty specialists, based on healthy products: remedies and simple gestures to apply to always be "pretty one" from head to toe.

I have enormous respect for the large number of chemical innovations - in beauty -, and their impressive and typical results, but to take care of yourself, no need to have expensive products, in fact, you just need of "  good  " and frequent use natural substances, which give a unique effect.

As for my personal experience, I reveal my products used in my daily life:

Coconut Oil:

An innate wonder and is increasingly present in our closets and even at beauty salons: an oil easily absorbed by the skin, rich in fatty acids - beneficial - fatty, and vitamins ; there are many advantages of coconut oil, namely:

Hair :

Coconut oil is a perfect softener and shine for the hair: a restorative oil to apply to clean, damp hair and leave it hanging, minimum, an hour and even up to an entire night: massage the scalp well and also put - generously - on the tips; cover with a bathing cap or cling film, before washing with your shampoo.

Face:

This oil is an excellent make-up remover, still good for the eyes: soak a cotton pad and pass over the face, then wash with a Marseille soap (preferably); it is compulsory to wash your face, and not to leave it oiled.

Skin:

Coconut oil is an admirable moisturizer for the skin, and also a precellent healing agent: apply it after waxing, and even more on scars after injuries or burns.

Castor oil :

Extracted from castor seeds and rich in vitamin E, this oil is renowned - for centuries - for its invigorating and nourishing characteristics, namely:

Hair :

Castor oil is very useful for the beauty of the hair: it makes them stronger and slower, and it is also a good remedy for the scalp, But , to apply once a week (no more);

Eyelashes:

This oil helps to accentuate the growth of eyelashes, But , be careful not to put in the eyes: you can use a brush "  Récile  " ( mascara ) well washed, or a cotton swab;

Skin:

This oil is also used after first degree burns, as a calming agent and - more essentially - as a healing agent;

For those who have dry skin on their hands and / or feet, castor oil is a remarkable moisturizer; more for the heels and the "corns" of the feet: apply in the evening before bedtime, massaging the "hard" or dehydrated areas well.

The lemon :

A jewel, see an essential organic “gift” for our daily cure. Whether it is a lemon or a lime, it doesn't matter, because the "donations" of this fruit are always sensational, let's see together:

Hair :

To have shiny hair and face scalp problems, choose this remedy: at the last rinse, use the mixture of a few drops of lemon in a glass of warm water.

 Face:

For radiant skin and for tightened pores, apply the following mask once a week: mix an egg white with a few drops of lemon; spread on a clean and dry face; leave on for 20 minutes.

Honey :

Another natural "treasure"; a sweet food designed by bees, characterized by its richness in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fatty acids and especially amino acids. In beauty treatments, in addition to a strong healing, the handling of Honey is - really - multiple ...

Hair :

Honey is a good remedy for dull and damaged hair, as well as for the scalp: to fight against dandruff and hair loss, call honey for help: mix two tablespoons of honey with plain yogurt - you can add an egg yolk -: apply carefully to clean hair, cover with a bathing cap or cling film and let stand for one hour; wash your hair.

Eye bags and dark circles:

Fatigue, stress, lack of sleep ... and there are swollen eyes upon waking: dilute a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water; wet two cottons with this mixture and leave it on the eyes for 15 to 20 minutes.

Lips:

To remove small dry skin on the lips, apply a little honey on it, in the evening before bedtime, and… hello, the beautiful smile.

 Tips:

  •  Take lots of water;
  •  Choose a healthy diet;
  •  Avoid all causes of stress or anxiety;
  •  Practice physical activity;
  •  Get enough sleep.

So "taking care of yourself" is "taking care of yourself", and it is - above all - a voluntary initiative and will always remain the best choice.
